I did some hand painting with my six month old niece for Mother's day presents. She was more interested in trying to tip the paint pot upside down but they went down quite well with Mum and Granny :-)

Nativity Story Illustrated Scenes

Here are some finished illustrated scenes as part of my previos project from the nativity story- the wise men follow the star, Mary and Joseph travel to Bethlehem and the angels appear to the shepherds.

Hello Kitty Cushion

 

Whilst I was child-minding over the summer holidays we thought that we would have a crafty day, the girl I was looking after is a huge Hello Kitty fan so we spent the day making this Hello Kitty cushion. I drew out the design and helped a bit with cutting out all the pieces but she did nearly all of the sewing herself and I think that she did a fantastic job :-)
